About me

Sylvia is dedicated to helping first-time homebuyers realize they can accomplish their goal of homeownership when they thought they were only qualified to rent. She has extensive knowledge of lending guidelines across a wide variety of loan programs, including Down Payment Assistance, USDA, and FHA loans. Through her gift for teaching, Sylvia is often found educating new homebuyers about the mortgage process and other important aspects of one of the biggest financial decisions they will make in their lifetime. Sylvia continues her passion for serving others outside of the office by leading a discipleship group with her husband. In her free time, Sylvia enjoys serving, board games, and studying the Bible.
